幼教培训项目组织国外的专业幼儿教师培训师对青海省的乡村幼儿教师进行相关培训，采用希拉里·凯特编写的蒙特梭利教育法作为培训教材。课程主题涵盖生活教育、感官教育、语言教育、数学教育、科学文化教育等。培训全程采用PPT呈现，配有一名藏族翻译，并将小组学习及课后作业相结合。项目于7月22日开始，持续一周，共有40名来自不同乡村幼儿园的教师参加本次培训。培训中细致地展现了幼儿教育的方方面面，教会幼儿教师如何建设蒙特梭利教室，设计生动有趣的儿童教室。此外，该项目也教授学员如何让孩子学会保护自己，如何更好地与他人交流、建立良好关系，以及如何建设良好的教室环境和家庭环境。

This program provides training for kindergarten teachers from rural Qinghai. The trainers are foreign teachers specialized in training kindergarten teachers using the Montessori Principle and Subjects authored by Hillary Kater as the training text. The courses include Real Life, Sensation, Language, Mathematics, Geography, History and Science. All the trainings are given in Microsoft PowerPoint with a local Tibetan interpreter, using a combination of group study in class and homework after class. The one-week program of 2013 started on July 22nd and 40 teachers from different rural kindergartens of Qinghai Province took the training. It presented important aspects of caring for children, as a kindergarten teacher, and in how to build the Montessori Classroom, which focused on designing classrooms for the school children in attractive ways. Furthermore, it teaches how to help kids protect themselves, how to better communicate and develop relationships with different individuals, and how to build a favorable classroom and family environment.
