The trainers are foreign teachers specialized in training kindergarten teachers using the Montessori Principle and Subjects authored by Hillary Kater as the training text. The courses include Real Life, Sensation, Language, Mathematics, Geography, History and Science. All the trainings are given in Microsoft PowerPoint with a local Tibetan interpreter, using a combination of group study in class and homework after class. The one-week program of 2013 started on July 22nd and 40 teachers from different rural kindergartens of Qinghai Province took the training. It presented important aspects of caring for children, as a kindergarten teacher, and in how to build the Montessori Classroom, which focused on designing classrooms for the school children in attractive ways.
