Helping Rotary Club of Shanghai distributing 1,000 wheelchairs to several provinces.
WuHan Teacher Training
Dafang County locates at the west of Guizhou Province and it is a famous poor mountainous area. The majority of local primary school teachers graduated from senior high school even junior high school couple of years ago. Although teachers worked hard to improve local education level, they have never get any professional training nor education on how to teach.
